No, Pioli talks with players and works with them making them better, just like a coach would do, and as mentioned above the work done with Kondogbia and Banega has been brilliant and so has the improvement of D’Ambrosio, Murillo, and even Ansaldi is starting to look like a descent back-up Inter player, and not the most-sell player he was.
