Inter are closing in on Sampdoria’s Patrik Schick and all that is missing is the approval of Suning to go ahead and complete the deal Gazzetta dello Sport report. The Czech forward has bewitched Piero Ausilio, who has no doubts about his talents. The plan is Inter will sign him immediately, paying his 25 million release clause and leave him at Sampdoria for at least another year to mature. Suning’s approval is expected to come soon.

hmm, He is about same height and build as Robert Lewandowski. Does anyone know more about his playstyle, moving on the pitch, passing, work rates etc. Atleast his finishing is great!

Not really watched any Samp games this season so have no idea how good he is but seems like Ausilio really likes the kid enough to splash out the same amount we will probably sell Brozo for

Seems like an absurd price for a 21 year old who has only played 800 minutes of football this season.
But i suppose in football these days you need to gamble sometimes. It seems pointless though, unless the idea is to loan him out considering he wont see much playing time with icardi being as consistent and injury free as he is. A more experienced backup striker would surely be better.
I’d also say there are better ways for Inter to spend 25m right now.
A lot of people were also skeptical of Gagliardini before we buy him, pointing out his relative inexperience in Serie A.
He is a really good striker. Even if we dont sign him i will still say that.
