According to Il Sore 24 Ore, Inter need to find between 20 and 30 million by June 30th for Financial Fair Play. As part of the agreement signed in 2015, one of the stipulations was that Inter end this year with a deficit of no more than 30 million. Inter posted losses of just short of 60 million last year and the easiest way to raise the funds is through a sale. However, the mercato doesn’t open until July 1st therefore Inter couldn’t make it official which in turn means Inter need to find another way – unless of course they make an exceptional appeal to the Lega to have it allowed. Suning could explore further sponsorship options in the East to bridge the gap. Should Inter fail to raise the funds they will need to pay a fine of 7 million for every 10 million they are over.

I thought the sponsorship deals made with Suning just after Christmas for our training ground/ training kit had taken care of the 30 mil we need to find!? Otherwise Ranno and Jojo are being sold in July plus we already have saved a lot of money on Melo´s and the mentioned player´s salaries.

Agree that the idea behind FFP is good but not working in reality – still City WAS fined with huge fine last summer and so was Chelsea if I recall correctly.
Barca and Real gets in shit loads on the very strange TV-deal they have in Spain were these 2 mentioned clubs get 50% of all the millions Spain gets in while the rest 50% is divided between all the rest in the league!
The idea with FFP is exactly that a club is only allowed to spend around the same as it owns – and in that way stop clubs from going bankrupt like Leeds f.x., Parma, Fiorentina etc and is also a way to stop rich oil-kings to buy a no-name club and spend shit loads on making it the new big thing in football… Actually one of the front-men for this FFP deal or way of thinking was our very own Moratti!
