One year on loan in Atalanta( maybe we have to pay some of the wages,or even all or most of it, if they guarantee us to play him a lot ,as a starter) with our newly found best friend Percassi ..and..voila’.. Gabi comes back as a pretty good football player decently experienced,for Serie A, in 2018-19.
I have the strongest feeling that’s exactly what is going to happen.
If Pioli stays then i think its pretty certain that Gabigol wont be here next season. Perhaps only leaving on loan, but he certainly wont be a part of the team.
He needs to play to gain experience and develop and that will never happen wit Pioli.
The problem with loaning him out is that his salary is so high no medium table clubs can afford to pay his wages.
Selling him outright would probably be the best solution for all parties.
