The rumors regarding Antonio Conte potentially becoming Inter’s new coach are continuing to surface. According to the Metro, Inter are interested in bringing Conte back to Italy. Suning are willing to make a very lucrative offer to Conte. Inter plan to have Lele Oriali as Conte’s assistant. Oriali is an Inter fan and was also on the nerazzurri staff during the famous treble winning season. Furthermore, Suning are willing to offer Conte a 200 million euro transfer budget. One potential target would be Alexis Sanchez, as Conte admirers the Chilean.

Why recruit Conte for an astronomical sum and then pay Pioli off too? Conte had extraordinary success at Juve and now Chelsea are moving in that same direction. But let’s not forget both sides terribly underperformed in the season before he arrived. Inter is not underachieving — Juve, Roma and Naploi actually have a better roster than us when you consider squad depth.
Throw that 200 million at Pioli. For that sum I expect to see Alexis, Coutinho, Manolas, Vrsjalko and a new goalkeeper arrive. At the least… If Pioli doesn’t make it into the UCL with that calibre of players then we think about a replacement. And with those type of players we have a shot at recruiting a coach of Conte’s, Simeone’s calibre
This Conte stuff is total media nonsense anyways. Or possibly a ploy by his agent to get Conte a new contract at chelsea.
Conte just started his foreign adventure, at a better club in a stronger league which he is currently winning. It would make no zero sense to go back to italy and take over Inter, the 4th strongest club in a weak serie a, a club that wont play in the CL or realistically be able to challenge for the scudetto until 18/19 the absolute earliest.
Not to mention his Rube past. I’d say there is about a 0,0001% chance that Conte will be Inters coach next season, it simply doesnt make any sense at any level that it should happen.

How about doing the same to Pioli, the guy is doing great job.
And it would be good to solve our weakness by changing coach like how we always do, Yes Conte is better but we can grow to gather with Pioli and he could be our long term coach

Pioli isn’t good against big teams, so it might be catastrophic in the CL thus it’s a big risk to spend such a budget and then change coach. But I’m against chasing Conte, we need an Interista like Pioli and Simeone
I think we should keep pioli for another year..then next year when we finished in the CL spot then we get a new higher profile coach
