Stefano Pioli has zero margin for error, and any slip-up from now on could be a fatal blow for Inter’s hopes of qualifying for Europe next season.
Inter currently occupy the final European spot in Serie A, but sit seventh in the form table which takes the previous ten matches into account. They have won 19 points from those games, while Lazio and Atalanta have accumulated 20 and 24 points respectively.
The situation looks even more bleak when looking at the last five matches, in which the Nerazzurri garnered a mere seven points – one less than Udinese and three less than Sampdoria.

I agree that Pioli is on fault for some mistakes but the players should be also criticized. The same squad that played horrible under De boer and then that same squad started trashing other teams at the start of Pioli tenure. These days the players decide the coach’s future, just look at Leicester city and ungrateful players like Brozobitch and verdy snakes are disgrace to the football and insult to the supporters.
