Simone Scuffet, Udinese, keeper spoke about Inter’s Samir Handanovic in his recent interviewed with Gazzetta dello Sport:
“I like the mentality that he has, like always attacking the ball. He thinks ahead and is always in the right position, he never gets caught by surprise.”
Some young goalkeepers like Bardi, Sportiello, Leali and Colombi generation already seem to be forgotten. Now the only talked about ones are Cragno, Meret and Scuffet. Only Perin remains from Bardi’s generation.
“We have certainly had some impact in the media with our stories, and received greater attention. The only thing I can say is that it is vital to play. Bardi playing in Frosinone, he is good. The Italian academy is excellent at producing goalkeepers.” explained the Udinese goalkeeper.

Scuffet is a very talented lad… but so was Bardi once and he isn’t better than Serie b… a post-Handanovic era should be started with Oblak.. if Perin returns on the same level he had before his two major injuries we should consider him, still have my doubts over his fitness
