Sky Sport reports that Gary Medel could move up the pitch to replace injured Roberto Gagliardini against Crotone tomorrow.
According to the report Pioli could opt for the Chilean in midfield whilst replacing him in defence with Jeison Murillo which would mean that Inter would play several players who are one yellow card away from suspension which would mean that they would miss the derby next weekend.
