Well, Pioli some how started off well, but his problems
hinge on selection and his inability to criticize certain players like Icardi
constructively when they perform abysmally. Pioli should try to embrace equity
and fair play, he is the manager, and as such you should treat every player
fairly. Do not cover anybody’s ass. If Icardi doesn’t play well, do not
hesitate to substitute him with others. With Icardi playing poorly these days
we’ve not been able to win our games. I
don’t know why you doesn’t like playing Gabigoai, if he plays, then he
improves. He cannot improve if he doesn’t play. So man, he should try to think tactically before
making his selections and substitutions.
Icardi is not that good, that’s why Bauza never invited him to the National, I
hope this is noted.

All the talk about a replacement for Pioli is so tiring.. Typical italian newspapers. I dont see any constant talk in the british medias about replacing Mourinho at Manchester United despite the club spending billions, and the team is playing unimpressive and are no where near Champions League..

IMO Pioli has to end up in EL places as minimal goal. If he doesnt Sunning needs to find a replacement but I dont think a foreign coach is a good idea. He has to be someone that knows the league well.
