Former Inter player Roberto Boninsegna spoke on Inter on Radio Rai Uno show Radio Anchi’Io Sport: “When you draw a derby that you were winning 2-0 in the 83rd minute, it means that something is wrong and leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Juventus is from another planet, Inter and Milan have the same problems; they are rebuilding. The Nerazzurri have won a point from three games, losing at home against Sampdoria and Crotone and then threw away two points in the derby. Juve do not make these mistakes.”

He then spoke on different members of Inter’s staff: “I think Pioli has also made mistakes. Piero Ausilio made beginner’s statements, blaming everyone left, right and centre,  giving the impression of belonging to another family. But he must be serious and professional when discussing serious things.

Boninsegna then spoke on the possibility of Piero Ausilio being replaced: “A return for Gabriele Oriali? It was Massimo Moratti’s mistake to send him away, Oriali was a great player and a great leader, Ausilio arrived from the youth sector but the void remains. I hope there is really a possibility of him returning.”

Boninsegna concluded discussing Stefano Pioli’s future: “Pioli, especially against AC Milan, made substitutions that could’ve stayed on the pitch, Joao Mario was wrongly removed for Jeison Murillo. He seems a little confused, but can still reach Europe League which would keep him on the bench. If he does not succeed I think he and Ausilio should be out. Antonio Conte to Inter? It depends if he keeps to his contract, it depends on Chelsea. Conte is fine in England as in London there are less problems than at Inter.”
