Medel has been pretty much a liability in defence during recent games. I don’t know if he’s even good enough for midfield. He’s safe, but I’d think about selling him if I were Ausilio. But he can be a sub too, but not a first team player.
I’d put him on the bench. Since he was removed from the midfield, our midfield blossomed (until this classic Inter colapse), putting him back there would be another step back.
