This is never going to happen.
He will rather be a sub at madrid than move to 7th place Inter in a much weaker league.
Even if he just wanted to leave RM at all cost, even downgrade 500% to go to Inter, then the minute he is being put on the market, then some of the big EPL clubs and possibly PSG would make offers as well.

Where would he play? Hopefully we won’t continue with this 4-2-3-1 shit. If Simeone comes he has no place in his 4-4-2, maybe only if we switch to 4-3-1-2 but I really doubt it.

Nah, he simply can’t play on the wing, he only shines as a CAM.
Not a classic winger, like Zidane played on the left wing for Juve/Real or Ronaldinho/Laudrup for Barca starting from the left, or Messi starting for the right… that way they created space for overlapping for a attacking minded right/left full back…
i actually like the 4-2-3-1. i mean look at how many goals icardi has scored. i feel the problem is the players get rotated way too much/are to inconsistent. But yes i would prefer playing with 2 strikers. i just wonder how icardi would do…we all remember the failed JoJo experiment. it’s clear we need a change though thats for sure.

HAlf true, we played with 4-3-1-2 as well and that was out better setup. In the 4-2-3-1 etoo had to play left wing and pandev played, in the 4-3-1-2 we had stankovic instead of goran and etoo was up front with principe, the beauty was in transition, when deki/motta took turns pushing up, we also had Maicon basically covering his entire side so we didn’t need to commit 2 players for each wing… (etoo helped the solid but slow chivu)
