Inter can very very rarely handle players between the age of 19-23. Its been seen time and time again.
Inters primavera are pretty good, but as soon as they become senior players then Inter have no idea how to develop them.
Inter should never again sign a player between the age of 19-23. This the the period for a player where he combines technique and skill with experience and physical development, its probably the most important period in a players development overall and Inter simply dont have the slightest clue what to do with players in this period.
Just stick to selling youngsters when they are 19~ and sign first team players over 23~. Instead of wasting time and money doing something you clearly have no idea how to do.
