The Sun report that Chelsea are willing to do all it takes to keep Antonio Conte as their manager. Conte’s name has long been linked with becoming Inter’s manager and after Stefano Pioli’s sacking last night fears that he could depart have no doubt alleviated in the Chelsea camp. The Blues would be willing to offer the former Azzurri manager a bumper new contract which would make him one of the highest paid coaches ever. Morever, Chelsea would be willing to give in to Conte’s every demand in the transfer market which includes signing Romelu Lukaku, Virgil Van Dijk and Alexis Sanchez, who has been linked with the Nerazzurri also. Should they miss out on Lukaku, Alvaro Morata who worked alongside Conte at Juventus is the alternative. Roman Abramovich’s side would be willing to give Conte a near limitless budget to ensure he remains in London for the time being.
