Tuttosport – Vecchi will have to deal with defence emergency and pick a partner for Gagliardini

One of the first things, Stefano Vecchi will have to deal with as caretaker manager of Inter will be the emergency in the defence. With Gary Medel suspended and Miranda injured, Tuttosport report that Vecchi will at least have a returning Jeison Murillo to rely on while Cristian Ansaldi is back in training. A central defensive pairing of Murillo-Marco Andreolli is likely. In the midfield, Vecchi will also need to decide who will partner Roberto Gagliardini with Geoffrey Kondogbia suspended. Marcelo Brozovic is the favourite although Joao Mario could be trialled in a deeper role.
