FCInterNews.it report that the decision to sack Stefano Pioli with three games to go came straight from the management in China. In fact, there was no consultation with the Italian based management in Sporting Director Piero Ausilio, Vice President Javier Zanetti and Chief Football Administrator Giovanni Gardini until the decision was made. Ausilio was then handed the heavy task of telling Pioli that his six month tenure in charge was over as Inter would be relieving him of his duties with immediate effect.
Moreover, there was little communication regarding Walter Sabatini’s appointment as Suning’s technical coordinator as Suning begin a management restyle. The Italian management were only alerted shortly before his announcement in Nanjing, China despite the rumours about his appointment circulating the night before in the Italian media.

Let’s try was between the lines shall we?
Suning let zanetti, gardini and ausilio choose pioli.. when he started to show his limitations they realized they had to intervene. Hiring sabatini like that shows Suning want to move forward and are unhappy with the management status quo… now ausilio will have to answer to sabatini.
Just like when thihir vouched for fdb and he failed, they were both discarded after that incident.
I’m sorry but our management is laughable. Sure some of our squad is not worthy of Inter but there’s a distinct lack of grinta: the directors are failing to convey what it means to wear this jersey… what are you up to pupi? I feel he is too diplomatic, get someone like stankovic and Córdoba to slap these guys upside he head.
Pioli made some tactical errors, fdb was trash. What we need is a coach who can actually create a football culture here. I’m so done with patch jobs… if only Suning had not listened to thohir and kept Mancini. Screw your marketing and youth project, we want to win and we want to win yesterday! Mancini should have stayed and he should have been given the budget to build a squad: look how far he took us with a worse team against better opponents…
We need to sign 3 champions to stabilize he mentality of this team, I’ve never seen a team so mentally fragile… I don’t care if you sign 3 x 32 year olds! Especially w palacio leaving!
And I’m tired of the posters here who rip on palacio or any player at or above 30… you know which teams win things? Teams with experienced players… check arsenal… you need at least 5 older guys playing on the field, preferably one helping each line.
Our team is missing so much it’s not even funny… we don’t have a solid defense like last year, we don’t have a fluid attack and we have a shaky midfield… priority should be strengthen the defence and midfield… we really don’t need more than what we currently have in attack… the problem isn’t attack: it’s defence/buildup.
Also jmario grow some balls and hit the gym shy guy, if you’re gonna be that shy then shut your mouth and play on the wing, I’ve had enough of these shy central midfielder like him and kova, we need leaders in the middle of the park… not overlooked pasta.
Perisic and brozovic aren’t in it anymore, even if a new coach reignites their enthusiasm im kind of sick of them… sell them for top dollar.
While we are there sell Miranda, I’d rather keep Murillo.
Ambrosio, Medel, Nagatomo, are fine as squad players who keep the morale high.
Icardi, gagliardini, kondogbia, ansaldi, Eder, handanovic, Murillo still have their heart in it and it’s obvious: keep them.
Candreva go to Chelsea for bank… we are too reliant on wings and I would rather rely on the quality of Banega and mario on the same field rather than the pace and quantity of perisic/candreva.
Perhaps it’s time to redeploy Medel as a dmf, have him as the dmf in a diamond with gaglia-kondogbia then Banega up top. Where are the midfielders in this team? the game is won in midfield! Where are the likes of cuchu, tmotta, Veron, viera, dibiagio… you know hustlers who still can with the ball/space, make a pass and slow the game when necessary? we don’t have any midfield generals and it’s sad…
Tldr WTF man! What are you writing a thesis?!
I agreed with you for some point like 32 y’o player but like miranda not melo btw.
I would love murillo to stay he still can improve and grow, he definetely have potential. about Nagatomo I disagree, he should go at any price, even zero price. Ambrosio and Medel can useful but they are limited player, mid table level at most.
Thohir should pack his bags and this management should start working together. Otherwise this chaos will continue.
Enter the dragon
Its not only Pioli’s fault, some players we have are natural disaster
WHOSE fault was it for playing the same players ovaer again??
