The comparison between the rivals Juventus and Inter have been significant. Ever since Inter Milan won the treble in 2010, Juventus have come back and dominated Italian football in the process during the decade.
“In these six years, Juventus has 536 points and Inter has had 350,” said the Italian sports newspaper Corriere dello Sport. “There’s a difference of 186 points and emphasizes the difference between the club management, with the Agnelli’s at Juventus and Moratti’s at Inter.”

Let me tell you why the gap is so big for juve – Inter

Khedira-free transfer
Dani Alves – free transfer

Vidal – bought for 11 – sold for 40
Pogba – free transfer sold for 105 mill
Coman – free transfer – sold for 25 mill or so…

You get the point ?
Nice stats there branca lover.
With Ausilio’s track record you should miss Branca !
The differences lied in the way the two clubs were run by the owners, the management and their (lack of) long term planing.
Moratti (AKA the old fool) never thought about long term planing – when ever a coach has lost 3-4 games in a row he got sacked. He never build us a new stadium but simply spend billions on foreigners that came in and quickly left us again.
Juve spend money on a stadium, and mainly on Italians – both in management and on the field and on the bench. Men who knew Italian football and who would stay at the club for years to teach the new players the winning culture at the club. This has been lost completely at Inter because all the great players were foreigners who left the club and went back home to play, or went where they got good money to play.
The Old Fool´s motivation was never to build a self-providing club but simply to try and do the same his dad did in the 60-70´s! And when The Old Fool had achieved that with the CL 2010, he simply stop the money from floating from his oil company to the club, told Oriali to get lost and brought in Marco Branco who should be the man to find young, cheap players to keep us wining! We all know how that went.
Juve went to Serie B, sack the entire board and build a new management with a clear plan on how to return to the top: invest in the club, stadium and in players/coaches who already knew and have had success in Italy, not no-name foreigners like at Inter!
The Old Fool had the club for 20 years but it only took Juve 6 years to completely overrun us because in the 20 years Moratti had the club, he never did A THING to make the club self-sustainable.
Some blame the FFP but The Old Fool – AKA Moratti was one of the “prima motors” behind that constructions of the FFP regulations!
He wanted an excuse to stop spending his money on the club and wanted other sugar-daddies to be stopped from doing the same thing!
New it seems we have got a company, Suning who knows how to run a club/company and they have started hiring great men to the management – because it all starts there. Hopefully they got a plan and know in what direction they want to take the club.
Huge gap, but still we have 1 treble advantage… HAHAHA
Not for long… they surely will win the Scudetto this year, the Coppa final is next week or is it this weekend? And then they have the chance against a not-so-superb Real defense the 3th of June… I hope Real kicks their asses, but would be surprised if Juve wins….
Agreed. I don’t want to see juve win the CL. I highly hope Real beat them. If that happens, Real will be the first team to win the CL twice in a row. Treble winner should always be for Inter in Italy.
Yes! That´s an ever great motivator for Zidane and the Real players!
Visca Real!! 😉
you dumbass….the last team to win back-to-back CL is AC Milan in 89 – 90 with arguably the best team ever assembled.
He’s talking about modern CL, not European Cup. Nice try buddy.
same shit – different title !!
I don’t know why I even bother, but it’s complitely different if there is only winners or the four best from biggest countries. With the old European Cup format the UEFA Cup was sometimes harder to win than the European Cup. So there is a “slight” difference.
still the best team ever assembled !
Lame excuse for being called out bro
This is weird, correct me if I’m wrong but if Rube wins the CL the SerieA 4spot will get CL… seems we wasted our chances of reaching that competition once again 🙁
Somehow I have a feeling Lazio could turn out to be a tough cookie in italian cup final. Couple of injuries to their first team players also hopefully 😉 They have to win two finals and winning even one is never a walk in a park.
This is not going to be inter facing Genoa, or CROTONE for that matter….this is JUVENTUS – winning is the only thing that matters !!
8 CL/European Cup finals and just two wins for your Juve. Only winning matters as you said. Lol.
what was the score of Crotone-Inter again ? WHat was the score of Genoa-Inter again ?? can you remind me what day the last Inter victory came on ?? what does Inter know about winning TODAY ? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!
I knew you would eventually find your way trolling here because of the headline. Have fun buddy, but you could surely do a better job at that. If there’s a school for trolls I highly recommend for you to attend.
if there is a school for failures, i recommend the Zhang family to attend !
Haha. First quite good one today instead of mixing CL and European Cup etc. Keep it up man! 😀
Moratti will be the professor !
Haha. Good good. Dottore Moratti. He has a masters degree in political science so hopefully he’ll teach Zhang’s about italian politics and how to win a treble. Zhang’s can teach Dottore about business.
seeing that Inter spent 100 million in the transfer market and are destined to finish 3 spots lower than last year it looks like Moratti already taught him everything about how to run this team already !!
It’s hard to play FM with real life club when you don’t know much about football. Zhang’s will learn eventually, but this season was a bust. Moratti must be proud 😀 Now that’s enough for today.
just waiting the result, and we will waiting your trolling
Hope so and Lazio has been brilliant this year but still – Juve are extremly strong
FFP, that’s all
No really that´s not all… Moratti had the club for 20 years but never did a thing to make it self-sustainable in that period!
Yeah, and it showed itself in this 6 year gap. (as it’s said in the title of this article), otherwise, there hasn’t been any restriction for spending as a owner.
My point is that Moratti didn’t do anything to make the club self-sustainable in his 20 years at the helmet, didn’t build us a stadium or anything like that. We bleed money with him (over 16 years with him we lost 1.3 billion euro!!) and the FFP ruling were signed 2009 by every club in Europe. Of course it was delaid a couple of times (from 2012 to 2015 if I remember correctly) but still everyone from 2008-2009 knew about the new rules, but Moratti simply didn’t do anything to stop the club from bleeding.
And then he simply sold the club 2013 and let Thohir do all the durty work with the cut backs and so on…
