In an interview with Premium Sport, Piero Ausilio spoke about the current situation at Inter.
The sporting director said: “Changing the manager with three games to go was a way of giving responsibility to the players, this team has quality but lacks personality.”
Ausilio then discussed the rumoured arrival of Pepe in the summer and also the signing of Walter Sabatini.
“Pepe? At the moment it’s just an idea, next season is fundamental and I want to analyse everything to perfection. Sabatini? I had known of his arrival for a month, even before I extended my contract I made my role available since they were looking for someone to oversee sporting area.”

At first I was horrified about this Pepe idea, but now I’d be fine with him coming if Ausilio/Sabatini see that he can still make a difference. He does have character. Only thing I’d be really worried about is how the Serie A refs would card him. Those refs hate a foreigner in Inter shirt playing rough. Pepe would probably get a red from an offense the golden boy Chiellini hardly gets a yellow.
just sell all of this shit players.. and i’ll be happy.. even if we need to play with our primavera next year i don’t care.. at least we know they are only a group of kids.. so we won’t have high demand on them..
Are you done analyzing Shititomo’s skills after 7 years ?
Yeah….its he always find away to get around and sometimes coaches can’t even decide whether starting yogatomo is stupid or they became insane and repeated that all over again…
no, not yet still need more time. it look a like yogatomo still have much more potential. he is the kind of “old but gold” type player. better to offer him extension contract until he died.
