Gazzetta dello Sport report that Piero Ausilio has embarked on a European tour to both place and listen to offers for players. Inter’s Sporting Director’s first destination is Paris, where he will meet with Paris Saint Germain.
The French club have shown a strong interest in Nerazzurri winger Ivan Perisic. Inter are looking for around 55 to 60 million euros for the Croatian’s services but the Parc des Princes club have other ideas. PSG would be willing to offer players instead of cash to secure the 28 year old. One or two of Marquinhos, Angel Di Maria and Grzegorz Krychowiak could be offered to Inter in exchange for Perisic.
PSG are not alone in courting Perisic. Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United are also keeping tabs on him and are more likely to pay the aforementioned figure. Perisic joined Inter back in 2015 for around 17 million and still has three years remaining on his current contract at the San Siro.
