Luciano Spalletti‘s decision to part ways with Roma, as reported officially yesterday by Roma, was made three months ago according to Sky Sports. However, the new Giallorossi Sporting Director, Monchi, wanted to work out a deal with the Italian manager, but Spalletti insisted on leaving.
