Tonight, there will be a dinner welcoming Luciano Spalletti in to the Suning family. The soon to be Inter manager has already met Jindong Zhang, who stressed he wishes for Spalletti to re-launch Inter. In other words, Zhang wants nothing less than Champions League qualification next season.
In order to help Spalletti, he will be afforded €150m in the mercato. Antonio Rudiger and Radja Nainggolan top the list of Inter targets.

Im sorry but we should aim for scudetto and I’m pretty sure thats the reason why Spalletti left Roma because he couldnt win it with them.
Relax man! We are building a winning team and the first step is to make it back into the Cl – that way we can aim for the biggest names on the planet and without FFP we will be able to spend like there´s no tomorrow!
We will get out of the FFP agreement this summer but Uefa will be watching over our shoulders the next budget year ending the summer of 2018 as well, but THEN!!!
Spalletti who is a great coach, Sabatini who is a genius in building a club and 150 mil euros should definitely be enough to take us to top 4
Basically what i told the other guy. Come on guys! We need to be more ambitious! CL should be the minimun objective. Im confident Spalletti is an ambitius man and will fight scudetto
Everyone hopes Spalletti and 5-6 quality players can bring us into Scudetto challenging position right away, but knowing that it takes time for a new team and a new coach to gel I’d be satisfied with a CL spot next year.
The 3 teams above us are really well constructed and have players that have played together for years so I’m not sure we’ll be able to finish above any of Juve, Napoli or Roma (even though they are set to lose players this summer, and have already lost they sporting director and head coach – and that could be our chance).
That’s not called ambition, that’s delusion! Because of that thinking, we’re still on year zero after the treble! You just can’t start building a house from the roof, nobody does that. First you need stable foundations and from then you can start build the walls, ending with the roof! Do you realize, that Juventus, despite all great players that the have Buffon, Bonucci, Chielini, Alex Sandro, Pianic, Dybala, etc., they have probably two and a half, maybe even three times our revenue? We will have probably 210-220 millions revenue, but Juventus will receive around100 million only from Champions League participation!

It would require far more than 150m to create a team that can challenge for the scudetto not to mention a few season of them playing to together to gain team cohesion, proper understanding and consistency.
7 to 1 in ONE season? I dont think u are seeing this clearly bro.. we were 4th last season and we have invested and already have a pretty good team. We have been missing a good coach, spalletti not my favorite but he is capable. Now… if Spalletti plans work out we wont be selling our good players and we will get rid of the zombies we carry in our team. We will actually reinforce the squad. Keep in mind we could only focus in Serie A since we have no european competition. And i hate to bring Juventus as an example but before winning the scudetto 6 times in a row they finished 7th as well. Anyways.. im pretty sure Spalletti will aim for scudetto and qualifying to CL is more like a goal not to get fired
Agree- the one game a week season could definitely help us next year compared to our rivals!
even thou he splashed with far more than 150m, he still need to glued them together under one vision and chemistry. the hardest part of the task. so in 1 season is gonna be something magical.. imho
