Musacchio is injury prone and is a liablity, Ricardo Rodriguez has been on decline for 2 years and Kessia and Silva had their first good year in top league this season, so could turn out to be flops. Thiago motta is injury prone but he was solid. bBilan have romagnoli, musacch, and paletta as options for the 2 cb positions: sadly that’s better than we have.
Ricardo Rodriguez had ONE bad season so we don’t know it it was just a blip or a real decline. He’s also still in his mid twenties and is more likely to rebound than fail… meanwhile we are thinking of splashing slightly less money for dalbert… who had ONE good season in LIGUE1…
For kessie im with you: unconvinced but then again he was Série A young player of the month many times last season.
Silva is a tank and they got him for cheap: it’s like buying baby diego costa.

I would take Miranda over any of their defenders and if we get Rudiger, I would say our starting CBs are a lot better than theirs.
Ricardo Rodriguez has been on decline for two seasons, not one. There is a reason Milan got him for this cheap price and no other club was interested. The difference is that Dalbert is coming off a good season, while Rodriguez is coming off a bad one. And there is no guarantee that Rodriguez will improve, maybe he just looked better and overperformed when Wolfsburg was doing better.
Kessie is a good deal, but still rather unproven.
Silva has had one good season, and even that is scoring “only” 16 goals in a league in which Bas Dost scored 34. Portugese league is not as strong or tactical as Italian. It’s a good deal like Kessie but again, not that proven. And €38m isn’t exactly cheap.
And while I agree that our management has a lot of faults, some of the points you mentioned aren’t due to management. If Perišić stays it’s because Spalletti wants to keep him.
And I disagree a lot with your “rankings”. Sorry but currently, Donnarumma is in no way better than Handanović. Go watch his matches. He is good at reflection saves but due to his age he makes TONS of mistakes, he made like 2 or 3 against us that almost lead to a goal. He will become better than Handa most likely, but currently Handanović is better.
Same goes for Romagnoli. He is young, has potential, but Miranda is a lot better defender than him right now, without a doubt. He is one of the best in Serie A.
And I would take Perišić over any Milan’s winger, and even Candreva over anyone else other than Suso (since Bonaventura has mostly been playing centrally).
