According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter have made an offer for Douglas Costa which has proven unsuccessful because the player prefers a move to Juventus.
The Bianconeri are waiting for the German team to sign Alexis Sanchez which should allow for them to sign the Brazilian winger.
The paper says: “Douglas Costa was bought for €35 million from Shakhtar Donetsk and has a contract until 2020 and he earns €4 million a year. Bayern values the player at €50 million, and Juventus are hoping to start a deal with a base of €35 million with €5 million a year in bonuses.
Inter tried to hijack the deal by contacting the player’s agent and the club were willing to offer €8 million a year, but the player would rather join Juventus, even if the salary is less.

Maybe Keita Balde might be up for grabs if Juve go for Douglas Costa, although there would be competition from Bilan (who btw will be fucked by FFP at some point as their business plan was ridiculous).
