SportItalia report that Inter are trying to hijack Wojciech Szczesny’s transfer to Juventus.
According to the report, Inter’s Walter Sabatini is trying to swoop in for the Polish international who has been deemed surplus to requirements at Arsenal. However, SportItalia report that for now both Inter’s offer to the Gunners as well as to the player himself are deemed as too low but things could heat up over the next coming days.
I wouldn’t want him with us, there’s a reason why Arsenal sent him out. Indeed he was good last season but look at the defense in front of him. He’s also always out of position and jeopardizes the game. Look at the last game against Genoa for instance, how many mistakes did he make where the goal was wide open. Granted it was Genoa but any other big team with lethal strikers would have scored those goals.

I’m afraid Handa may leave (we all know he wants CL), and then we have to look for a new GK. And, last season this guy was performing better than Handa, so maybe it wouldn’t be so bad for us.. but I doubt we could win with Rube anyway.
We dont really need him, why we bid for him is so that his price goes up, and Juve would be reluctant to buy. Juve desperately needs a new keeper, Buffon won’t stay fit for too long. We are just doing ourselves and Arsenal a favor, maybe in the future we expect Arsenal do us a favor by selling their player at cheaper price to us. At least that’s what I thought and would do.
