CalcioMercato.com report that during negotiations between Inter and Fiorentina over Borja Valero, Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio made an enquiry about Federico Chiesa. His opposite number at La Viola Pantaleo Corvino rejected the request. Ausilio will now try to secure some kind of option on the winger for the 2018/19 season.
