I thought 15 is a discount, due to great performance in early season, some even value him over 35 mil.
But after those many error on the field his value goes donward crazy. transfermarkt.com even value him at 13 mill, so if 15 then we still have 2 mill above the market value, plus we bought him from Granada for less then 10 (cmiiw).

why u say that?, the first half of the season with mancini we had the best defense in the world with him and miranda , similar to lucio Samuel times
He played well when we played with a low defensive line and played very defensive with Melo in front of them and Medel too to help out. But when we move the denfesive line up the field and tried to play more attacking minded football we scored more but then he showed that he lacks a lot as a defender, and this season he has keeept on showing that under de Boer, Vecchi and Pioli.
