Marco Matterazzi’s brother Matteo, who is a football agent spoke on Inter being linked with Roma’s Federico Fazio to Rai Sport: “Fazio to Inter? I know it’s a concrete idea.”
Fazio is one of a whole host of Roma players that have came in to links with Inter due to the appointment of Luciano Spalletti as manager. The 30 year old Argentine central defender is contracted to the capital club to 2019.

He’s so slow.
Speed is not his best quality ,that’s for sure ,but toughness ,strenght,experience and little or no mistakes are important too in the middle of the box.
He is also a headballing master,a total dominating beast at that.
And he is good at starting plays ,very precise,even at long range balls.
I like him,I believe he may give us a lot.
I like Fazio.I like him a lot more than Rüdiger
Only 2 problems:
He will turn 31 this season.
And I am afraid that if Roma sells him then they may decide they have already sold enough so they would keep Naingollan.
I like Fazio, but I want Naingo a whole lot more.
If Roma would be willing to part Fazio for that 6-7 millions like some rumors say this could be a nice deal even if he does turn 31 this season. He was really good last season under Spalletti.

Spalletti knows what he can give him,and is pretty much exactly what we need :
Toughness and stability in the middle of the defense.

But it’s a good deal only if Roma still consider letting Naingo come to us.
I want naingo really bad.
Nainggolan would be sweet to have on our midfield and he would certainly raise our teams level. I don’t think selling Fazio would be connected to selling Nainggolan, because there was news that EDF doesn’t see Fazio suited to his system. Roma seems to be selling everyone right now, so let’s hope they give Naingglan to us in the process.

In my view he was the best of Italy’s team in the recent Under 21 European tournament.
And Ventura just started him for the major national team, in an official match,so I am not the only one liking him a lot.
But they would want even more than 40 mil. for one of the top 2 or 3 young Italians,I guess.
Pellegrini is very talented that’s for sure, but my knowledge about him is mostly based on youtube. I bet EDF wants to hold on to him, because he coached the boy at Sassuolo already. Still, Roma have sold their young promising players like Romagnoli before. Pellegrini would be a really nice addition in my books, but Nainggolan is the dream right now of course.
