Il Secolo XIX report that Sampdoria have identified Eder as a possible replacement for Luis Muriel, who is subject to a bid from Sevilla.
The 30 year old naturalised Italian joined Inter 18 months ago from the Blucerchiati and is under contract with Inter until 2020. Eder has made 55 appearances in all competitions since his arrival in Milan and has found the net on 11 occasions and has 7 assists to his name too.
Sassuolo’s Gregoire Defrel, Milan’s Gianluca Lapadula, Udinese’s Duvan Zapata and Crotone’s Diego Falcinelli are four other names that the Marassi outfit have in mind to replace the Colombian.

What…? He’s full of energy and can score when Icardi is off the pitch. Because of 4-2-3-1 he’s often deployed at unnatural LW position – not at all his fault for the low goal tally.

Tactical problem. With our fullbacks so shaky, 4-4-2 flat is more suited than 4-2-3-1, and this would allow us to deploy Icardi and Eder at the top.

Should have inserted him in Skrinier’s deal. The only other deal I might be interested in is Eder+7m for Muriel.
To me he really brings life to the team every time he’s on the pitch. Hard worker and is always running. Think we should keep him.
