Geoffrey Kondogbia is not in the plans of recently appointed Inter manager Luciano Spalletti and thus Valencia have ignited an interest in the Frenchman according to Spanish outlet SuperDeporte.
The midfielder, who joined the Nerazzurri from Monaco back in 2015 for a €40 million fee, will almost certainly be sold at a loss. His price tag is likely to cause a stumbling block with Inter wishing to re-coup as much as possible from their initial outlay for the 24 year old.
Valencia are not the only club currently interested in Kondogbia. Barcelona have identified him as a potential addition meanwhile Paris Saint Germain are also interested in taking him back to his homeland. Kondogbia, who has racked up half a century of league appearance for Inter since his arrival, may well be used as part of a deal that would see the Nerazzurri acquire Angel Di Maria.

After reading all these comments and heavy criticism by many of you Interisti i must change my position on Kondogbia…..HE MUST STAY AT INTER !!! He has all the qualities (of lack of them) to be the future symbol of Inter’s midfield. He must have his contract extended and have the future of this squad revolve around him 🙂

well I could bring up the time Inter had Gasperini and he got fired, yet he was able to take a team called Atalanta whos team’s worth was Inter’s mercato last summer but anyways, he took Atalanta to Europa League while inter finished 3 spots lower than last season…I could bring up the time inter had Ranieri as coach and was fired after he lost to Juventus yet he was able to win the premier league with a team nobody could have imagined would win the title called Liechester City…….I could bring up the time Inter had Stramacioni as coach at took inter to 2 points behind Juventus but was fired after finishing 9th after he had 9 players injured since the team was full of old farts….I could bring up the time Inter had Mazzarri who finished second place with Napoli and took inter to fifth place playing 3-5-2 with the worst 2 wingbacks in the league (nagatomo & Jonathan) but was fired because he had nothing to work with……I could bring up the time Inter had Mancini who won 3 or 4 scudettos with Inter not to Mention EPL with Man City and quit because he knew the team was fucking shit…..you see where im going with this ? if you don’t let me tell you: INTER HAS HAD SUCCESSFUL COACHES BUT THEY ALL FLOPPED AT INTER NOT BECAUSE THEY SUCK BUT BECAUSE INTER’T TEAM WAS SHIT !!! It’s what atalanta did with conti caldara galia kessi, and then there’s guys like Bonaventura etc…..you may not be used to it since you have seen inter sign guys like Valero, or palacio, or Eder, or Candreva, or Gabi-one-Gol or Kondogbia ….all of which are worth less than they were bought for so with so many losses on inter’s squad list i wouldn’t expect you to understand how atalanta could make so much profit. And to top it off he can’t use his right foot. He even goes as far as doing the Marseille turn (admittedly he’s good at it) to use his left. It’s not a big problem for strikers like Dybala…however crucial for midfielders to be comfortable with either foot.
