Juventus could be back in for Douglas Costa. Tuttosport report that the Bianconeri met with Giovanni Branchini yesterday, who acts as an intermediary for the Bayern Munich attacker.

Juventus had cooled their interest in the attacker in recent days as they moved closer to Federico Bernardeschi while Inter raised theirs.

The 26 year old Brazilian international, formerly of Shakhtar Donestsk is believed to be available for €50 million. It is also important to note that he holds a non-EU passport which could cause complications for both Juventus and Inter in the mercato should they have other non-EU passport holders in mind. For example, Danilo in Juventus’ case and Costa’s Bayern teammate Arturo Vidal in Inter’s case.

Premier League duo, Manchester United and Manchester City are also understood to be interested in Costa, who is under contract at the Allianz Arena until 2020. In 77 games for the German champions, Costa has 14 goals and 27 assists.
