Im not sure where you get this from, but Diawara is nowhere near a starter at Napoli.
Zielinske played slightly more minutes than Allan this season (but Allan actually started more games), but that was mainly due to Allan being injured on two occasions and then had some bench time due to fatique after that.
For the majority of games, Allan is still the prefered starter, if fit.
