This week could feature some revealing news regarding the way Inter will line up in 17/18.
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, this week could clear up Keita Balde, Nikola Kalinic, Andrea Ranocchia, Jeison Murillo and Ivan Perisic’s situations.
Keita Balde is eyeing a Juventus move, however, Juve does not seem to be offering nearly enough to Lazio for a deal to go through which could give Inter the opportunity to swoop in for the Senegalese.
Nikola Kalinic is currently being bidded on by both Inter and AC Milan and a decision on his choice should be coming soon.
Andrea Ranocchia and Jeison Murillo are being eyed by Genoa and Valencia respectively. Ranocchia is ready to move to Genoa while Murillo’s situation is less clear.
Manchester United is set to make a final offer to Inter for Ivan Perisic this coming week. Inter is looking for 50 million EURO and Anthony Martial on loan.

The fact that Balde wanting the move to Juve is actually good for us.
Juve wont much disrupt our negotiation with Lazio, since they cant inflate Balde’s price way too high, that Lazio might accept it.
In the past, Juve only interested in our mercato target just to raise the player’s price, to play prank with us.
Man U will never give us Martial for this deal. They’ll either match the offer’s money or offer a different player if they really need him. But selling him and hoping to get a replacement for someone who’s not even guaranteed to fit in Spalletti system is a big risk.
I think, the idea is to have 5 million different (45 ManU offer vs our 50 our asking price) to be treated as loan fee… imho, this makes sense, ONLY IF Martial isn’t in Mourinho’s plan next season.
Also if it is dry loan (with no obligation/option to buy) it would be favorable for them more than for us.
Here’s a scary scenario for us…
Keita leaves for the warm and sunny Rube bench. Our clueless management sells JoJo for 13 mil when he’s clearly worth at least 20mil. We lose Perisic last minute to ManU and we end up with some bumfuck scrub playing on the left cuz we took too long to strengthen the team. Than wouldn’t surprise me.

Spalletti wants his wingers to drop inside opening up space for the wing back to overlap and cross -Mario plays that role for his national team and can do it for us. A left wing role where he drops into the middle and plays next to Valero.
If we keep Jojo and he understands he is not guaranteed any playing time, I don’t see a need for Kalinic. And we also have Eder and Pina… We’d just be wasting money on Kalinic especially at 30mill.
In my opinion. We don’t need Kalinic, Bilan does. We enter the race only to lever Kalinic price.
I’d keep Jojo and trade Eder for Keita. Pina and Gabi need to be loaned
trade eder? why on earth would we do that? jojo always shopws flashes then goes dead mid season. eder always preforms.
what is everyone smoking?! eder trumps jovetic in my eyes. plus he is an association trained and an italy international who is instrumental to the national team. if given the choice between both jovetic would be out the door already.

Agree all the way. Eder is a team player which Jojo never has been. He wants to play every single game and complains (though his agent) if he doesn’t whereas Eder simply gives his all in the minutes he gets on the pitch…
Besides, we will get around 13 mil plus his high salary if Jojo leaves, money we need to spend on other players, but Eder won’t give us much money.

That is very harsh and completely not true. Eder is a very talented player. He may not have the silk touck of jovetic, but that does not mean he has no skills in comparison.
You have it the other way round my friend; hard work is better than skill. That is why EVERY coach benches talented players in favour of those who do the work that is asked of them. Unless you are messi, ronaldo or neymar, skill alone is not enough. Football is a team sport, and if you dont put in your shift you will be benched; simple. Why keep a disgruntled talent on the bench for him to cause unrest in the locker room? I love jovetic, been following him since his fiorentina days. I wish he was more of a team player, but he isnt.
He will develop himself if he has a decent coach, mentor if u will…
