Inter are ready to make a €50 million bid for Arturo Vidal according to Gazzetta dello Sport, despite the fact he has been deemed indispensable by manager Carlo Ancelotti. Inter would further offer Vidal a four year contract with an annual salary of €7.5 million. The Bayern Munich midfielder however claims to know nothing about the links to Inter due to being on holiday: “The rumors about Inter? I was on vacation, I did not hear anything.”
The Nerazzurri also have three alternatives to Vidal should they be unable to prise him away from Germany and bring him back to Italy, where he previously played for Juventus. PSG’s Javier Pastore, Manchester United’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Barcelona’s Arda Turan are all on Piero Ausilio and Walter Sabatini’s notebook.

It looks like Spalletti really wants a big name box to box midfielder, one that could carry the team.I don’t mind that, but I think it’s better if we sign a creative midfielder, one that can pass, dribble a bit, has good vision, can shoot, score and do freekicks well.As for Vidal, I don’t care how good he is, I don’t care if he was Zidan mixed with Xavi and Ronaldinho and Cambiasso, all I know is he’s an ex-rubentino, and this is INTER..he’s not welcome!!
i don’t really like vidal too, but not because he’s an ex-rubentino(vieri and baggio are ex-rubentino too) but because i don’t think we need him. and not a realistic target.. his team play in europe, we don’t. we’ll need to offer him a big salary to convince him which would create disharmony in the locker room.

I do believe that Inter is really aiming for nainggolan and vidal, at least nainggolan. It’s so obvious. And our management is still waiting opportunity to snap big players for Inter. I believe at beginning, Inter aiming for quality signing involving 1-2 big players and couple of sabatini’s deal.
