Spalletti: “We have worked in the right conditions”

Luciano Spalletti reflected on last night’s 3-1 friendly win over Villarreal in an interview with Inter: “In the first 25 minutes we played very well. We did not move the ball about correctly which made it more difficult to find spaces to attack. If an attack stays with in a certain amount of passes, the opposition have less time to get organised and defend it. They are a strong team, and they created problems.”

He also spoke on training in general: “We have worked in the right conditions, we have an excellent training centre where we can focus on our work, I have to say that the players have given continuity.”
