Emre Mor is going to be a non-factor for he majority of the season, he is not really taking up anyone space in the team.
He is just a talent, a completely unfinished product that could easily end up turning into nothing more than some average player for a midtable turkish team at best. He is nowhere near ready to play any even remotely important role in serie a, not even as a sub. The majority of Mors seasons will go towards learning the language, italian football & culture and to gain some much needed muscle mass.
This is why signing him really makes no sense. His mental issues aside, he is going to get very very little playing time -> not much development.
Players like him should be loaned out until they are 22-23 and then their ability can be assessed to whether they are good enough for senior team as a starter or a sub.
