Valencia wish to wait and see how Geoffrey Kondogbia performs and want him on a dry loan with no redemption obligation. Premium Sport report that Kondogbia and Joao Cancelo could swap Inter for Valencia and vice versa on dry loans and at the end of the season the clubs can meet again and discuss whether or not they wish to make the deals permanent.

It will be hilarious to see dalbert and cancelo on the bench for the entire season while the nagambrosio pair will be permanent starters. Just like in 2015 when we brought montoya and telles just for them to warm up their ass on the bench for the entire season.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tcIjX0qYHvQ after looking at this now I know why they are interested in puskasdogbia, they want someone that excels at this
they want a better own goal
They want the best
Own Goal From Kondgobia is Much Better thant this :p
Puskasdogbia
The problem with cancelo is that he is an unproven guy playing in la liga. If they choose to sign him, we have cancelo and dalbert who are both unproven and, in all honesty, should not be in starting 11 at Inter. Aurier, on the other hand, is a proven guy. He needs to be out top priority. We have already taken a gamble on dalbert, let’s not make the same mistake with cancelo.
I say get both, we need to rid of Kondogbia anyway and this seems the most likely, and I prefer Aurier, however Cancelo could play either right back or right wing, and ambrosio can play LB as cover, this would give us tons of versatility.
Do you realize we have 40 players on the first team now? We need only quality signings, not quantity.
We have like 24 or something, and a few of them might leave.
About 30 here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inter_Milan#First_team_squad
We know Inter have problems selling players because we hand out big & long contracts like candy bars, so adding 2 more players to our pile is a crazy idea.
I understand wanting Aurier he seems to be the better option, but under the situation in this article we’d be killing two birds with one stone and Cancelo would essentially be a free loan for 1yr (basically a test drive). With Aurier it’s also a gamble, idk why you think it isn’t, and we’d have to pay for him outright upfront and potentially get in a bidding war with other clubs.
I was thinking this same thing yesterday, it makes the most sense for both teams under the current circumstances. We don’t need Kondo and we need a RB, it’s pretty cut and dry.
If Kondo ends up playing decent or good then Valencia will most likely want to buy him. But if they don’t then I can imagine other clubs will, after having a good season. If he sucks then we’ll find that out, and we’re fucked, haha. We’ll have another Rano situation on our hands but worse because of the amount we spent, but atleast we’ll know for sure he sucks. Regardless I don’t believe his future is at Inter or in Serie A and we need to get him off our books somehow.
As for Cancelo, if he sucks then we are not obligated to buy him and if he’s good we’ll find that out and can have exclusive negotiations with Valencia to sign him permanently, no bidding war bullshit with other clubs.
cancelo is Montoya 2.0, we need aurier
Zappacosta?
All the way, man. But the new management is just as starstruck as the old one. Bring in the fancy foreign names, neglect the jewels you have in your own yard.
Montoya has zero technique. This guy is crazy with the ball, but defensively I’m worried about him.
what? Montoya is classy going forward, these are wingbacks, dalbert also these are not left back right backs, cant defend for shit attackers go through them like butter
Barca fans say Cancelo will be their player in 2-3 years. But then again Barca fans don’t understand much about defense, it’s all about dribble with them. He ain’t as bad as Montoya tho.
same shit, and farca fans are kids that only care about pace
yeah but seem our management is not pushing for Aurier
Kondo screwed us up so badly. We have to put our other transfer targets on hold to deal with his dramatic ass..SO happy his lazy ass is leaving.
No obligation, fine, but at least option to buy Cancelo after one year. If he performs well, Valencia will just take him back. And we need a good RB badly.
if he performs well we will buy him. He wasn’t going to be free anyway.
Cancelo really isnt that great. For sure an upgrade over what we have and has potential but is a poor defender. Does well to get forward. I prefer Zappacosta but we dont seem to be linked with him anymore.
