France Football report that Yann Karamoh wants Inter and only Inter but the Nerazzurri are struggling to strike a deal with Caen over his transfer.
The 19 year old French attacker is also subject to interest from Olympique Lyon but Caen are hopeful that a rich offer may arrive from the Premier League.
