It will be difficult for Inter to acquire Moussa Sissoko from Tottenham Hotspur but it is by no means impossible Gazzetta dello Sport stress. Inter met with his representatives yesterday to discuss a possible deal for the Frenchman but if any deal is to come to fruition, he will not come cheap with Spurs looking to recoup as much of their 30 million outlay for him as possible.

Spurs would like to get the money immediately opposed to loaning the 28 year old out with a redemption right or obligation attached which complicates proceedings further. Moreover, even a swap deal involving Marcelo Brozovic is difficult to imagine.

Sissoko, formerly of Newcastle United, is under contract with the North London club through to 2021 and he is also subject to interest from Turkish club Trabzonspor. Sissoko has appeared in all three of Spurs Premier League games to date this term but has not scored nor assisted.
