Arsenal are looking to bring in Southampton central defender Virgil Van Dijk before the mercato ends on Thursday night. The Daily Star report that in order for the Dutchman to arrive, players must depart the Emirates stadium. Inter target Shkodran Mustafi is among the names who could be moved on for this reason.
Inter met with Mustafi’s representatives yesterday to try and strike a deal. They were successful in reaching an agreement with the player himself over personal terms but are still yet to find an agreement with Arsenal for his transfer.
Mustafi to Inter could open door for Van Dijk to Arsenal

Sabatini maybe ones of best sport director in the world right now… but without Money he’s look like nothing.. sunning praude with 370 M spend when they buying inter, PSG spend more over 372 M only for 2 player… i don’t want superstar player like they talking nainngolan, vidal, maria, etc with #InterIscoming… when we can’t buy player like schick, keita i think this club didn’t have money in the bank. FFP and block chinese goverment? Sabatini good coach but with this team ? This is not tournament in America, this “marathon” race…
I read they want 5m for the loan + 25m obligation to buy, which is an absurd price. Its not Inters fault that Arsenal dramatically overpaid for him. For that money we could have worked out a deal with Lazio over De Vrij earlier, who is 5 times better.
Hopefully it doesnt happen, this guy is really not that good.
Sorry but “keep Ranocchia” it’s just not something that a reasonable human being should ever consider.
Maybe will play the locker room cleaning lady as CD ,but the chance of selling Ranocchia MUST be taken,no matter what.
Inter block “Mancini” Request for Rannochia…
We started the transfer season with names such as Vidal, Naingolan, Di Maria, Rudiger, Shick,Pepe, Alexis Sanchez, Bernadeschi and Lucas Moura but instead we ended up with Vecino, Valero, Dalbert, Skriniar and Cancelo. Nothing wrong, very good players and they strenghtened the team by miles but in my opinion we still miss one big star signing. It would be a dream to see for example Di Maria as a last day transfermarket shocker. Considering the move of Mbappe to PSG. A gift by Suning…but….dreams are cheating unfortunately. We probably get one centerback and a defensive midfielder prior to the deadline.
