Hahaha … This would be Daniel Levy’s ultimate masterpiece! If DL can get 30 million quid for Sissoko I will personally erect a shrine to him in my living room and genuflect in awe at the sheer brilliance of his negotiating prowess! I hope Inter were watching him last Sunday, cos that’s the best cameo he has delivered since he came here.
You realize it was Levy who played £30M for him in the first place…right? Pro-Levy fanboys are hilarious.
You’re not very bright are you! Very obviously Levy paid 30 million for him in the first place, a move which I and a number of others commented at the time was a huge mistake. However, if Levy can get 30 million quid back for him, that would be a stroke of genius.
don’t worry he is far from genius
The offer reported above by DiMarzio is extremely generous. Spurs have no need to dump Sissoko. He mat well “come good” this season. If Inter wants him, they best jump now. It won’t get any better than that.
Well Brian, either you’re DL’s personal envoy, or else the man himself posting incognito! However, in order to forward your theme, yes this is indeed a bargain for Inter and a tragedy for us long suffering Spurs fans if the legendary French dynamo is sold from beneath us. Indeed there will be much wailing and gnashing of teeth amongst the faithful if his illustrious Spurs career is to be cut short, but c’est la vie, he has earned his lucrative move to those Italian ‘giants’ Inter and a mere 30 million quid is indeed the ultimate bargain!!
What’s up with quotation marks at giants. Inter left a mark on the game of football as a whole, Spurs can’t even make a mark in the Premier League. And don’t worry, there is not a chance in hell that Inter splashes on a player like Sissoko when they are unwilling to pay money for the players that would actually benefit the team.
I’m quite sure the allure of losing every home match this season would prove too great to leave your ‘gigantic’ team.
