By the end of the month, Milan Mayor Giuseppe Sala will meet with Inter and Milan to understand both clubs plans for the San Siro La Repubblica report. Inter have ideas in mind, like transforming the third tier and adding bars and restaurants among other things. Milan on the other hand have not said anything yet.

For once and all, let’s clarify the stadium issue. Let the Milanese bid for the stadium. Bilan will probably bid $1B, and leave themselves in a $2B debt from lenders’ profit. We then go ahead and build our own stadium for $500m. A modern beautiful stadium and make the Chinese pay for it :))
This time for real…
Lol i agree
UP!
i wouldnt want milan to be in debt, i want milan to always be on top of serie a with inter and juve. we need tough local competition. thats why juve and bayern cant win a champions league.
last time bayern won, was against bvb in the final.
i’m torn regarding the stadium really. on one hand we definitely need to own one in some form, on the other i like that we share this footballing mecca with milan. it is a unique relationship in world football and it adds so much to the intensity. if one of them wins in that stadium, the other has pressure on them to match or exceed their neighbour’s result. how the build up to each derby is, the divided stands …….
all im saying is; its something that sets milan apart from any footballing city, and it can be taken advantage of
We can have a good rivalry WITHOUT sharing the stadium. Tohir was very serious about building a stadium at the beginning. He almost bought the land to start construction. Then it came Berlusconi with his dirty relationship, and snatched up that land from us. Then Tohir started plan B to renovate San Siro for our solely use. Then Milan came back and said that they wanted San Siro as well.
We could have had our stadium ready for next 2 years by now, but we are not even close to having it in the next 10 years thanks to Bilan. So $crew them. I want them to go down
Yeah, bbilan always mess us up..
ofcorse we can still remain competitive, heck; inter vs juve is more passionate than vs milan.
what i meant is that nowhere in the world are there two teams with the history, prestige and trophy count that share an amazing stadium. before ancelotti/zidane’s madrid. san siro was home to the most trophies in europe.
it is a unique selling point for the city and football of milan, and i dont think the powers that be are exploring ways to take advantage of that fact.
We have to either buy the stadium from the city or build a new one. It’s pointless renting it, so much lost revenue.
I read from time to time, that our season tickets break records, or the highest in the league.
Even the opening game always scored the highest attendance for years.
That happened, even when we have Yogatomo at our squad for years.
The hate, the love, Interisti are very loyal.
It’s time for us to monetize this advantage!
Sala, Milan’s mayor, it’s a huge inter fan.
Anyway its about time we make some real , serious , substantial progress on the stadium situation , one way or the other.
Come on Steve Zhang, work your magic.
love when i read how they dont even have an ownership!! hahaha bilannn
Chinese owner of AC Milan plays to much football manager and to me seem like they have no long-term plans.
They have no plans.
Or an ownership.
Let’s start operating as if they didn’t exist, cause they don’t.
loans are not the way to go for purchasing a club lol
