“Pellegri? I won’t rule anything out in the transfer market.” These are the words of Inter sporting director, Piero Ausilio.

According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter have not backed down in their pursuit of the 16 year old Genoa striker, Pietro Pellegri, who faced Luciano Spalletti’s Inter on Sunday in Serie A. “The Nerazzurri are confident they can renew their discussions with Genoa in the January transfer market window  & will be able to negotiate with a much stronger financial package – the Gazzetta goes on to say – the relationship between the two clubs has always been very good & remains that way & in the last few days the talk of young players has been more concrete & in particular, Pellegri, not forgetting Salcedo, Preziosi’s other young jewel in the crown. The two had already been all but signed by Walter Sabatini in the summer transfer market but the deal wasn’t finalised. Milan & Juventus continue to monitor the situation with interest.
