Inter Chief Executive Alessandro Antonello spoke on the sidelines of the Inter Media House presentation, “We want to grow on and off of the field. This is an important project for the brand in the world. Our strategy is yielding the expected results on the pitch and also on a financial level. We have achieved the goals of Financial Fair Play, we are on the right track.”

Antonello then spoke on the stadium situation, “The stadium talk is open with the city and Milan, we have to discuss why this is an important asset for Milan as a city. We want to stay at the San Siro because we think it’s our home, we want to make a nice project at the San Siro.”

Antonello moved on to discuss Inter’s owners Suning’s intentions for the club, “We are working on the strategic goals set by our partners. Returning to the Champions League is a minimum goal. Inter must achieve important results to repay the affection of the fans.” He added, “As far as the market is concerned, expectations have been created but there are no indications that we will go beyond the FFP parameters. We want to respect the rules and I hope that we can have years of success ahead of us.”

Returning to discuss the Inter media group, Antontello discussed expansion to Arabic speaking countries, “We are brothers of the world, this is what the founding fathers have said. We will give them content in their language to bring these people even closer to the club.”
