The fears of Inter’s medical staff seem to be well-founded: according to Sky Sports, in fact, Zinho Vanheusden, who came out of the Youth League match between Inter and Dinamo Kiev due to injury, seems to have suffered a Anterior Cruciate Ligament tear on his left knee.
Tomorrow, as is well known, further investigations will be carried out to better understand the magnitude of the accident, but if this is then confirmed, it would be a heavy loss for both Stefano Vecchi and senior team manager Luciano Spalletti: the Belgian youngster was promoted into the first team this season as a reserve in the central defender role below Joao Miranda and Milan Skiriniar, will likely be seriously compromised for a long time.
This may result in a new CB coming in either in January or on a free before depending on further injury occurrences, hopefully this is not the case and Vanheusden will return as soon as possible.

Cancelo is training,running and playing just fine..he is pretty much …READY!
As opposed to what many said..he had a little nothing and doctors would probably suggest to go light and gradual on him for one more week or something,just as a precaution but he is,matter of fact, ready to go now.
It is relativily good news also for central defending, because I believe D’ambrosio could be deployed there, and give better performances than Ranocchia would.
