Barcelona’s Andre Gomes has reached a breaking point with the club. The Portuguese midfielder has asked his agent, super agent Jorge Mendes to find him a new club in January in order to help him get back in the Portuguese national team.

According to Spanish outlet DiarioGol, Inter are an option for the 24-year-old and could make a loan proposal with a €20 million redemption option attached. The Blaugrana paid close to double for Gomes little over a year ago and are looking to ultimately re-coup as much as possible.

The midfielder likes the idea of Inter and would be supported in his adaption by Joao Mario and Joao Cancelo, two of his compatriots, the latter of whom he played with at Valencia.

To date, Gomes has made six appearances in all competitions this season for the Nou Camp outfit.
