Milan legend Andriy Shevchenko spoke to Gazzetta dello Sport ahead of the derby in 11 days time. The Ukrainian forward first spoke on Inter’s manager Luciano Spalletti: “Spalletti is a well prepared, meticulous manager who puts his heart in to his job. Spalletti is a guarantee for Inter and the Nerazzurri will be there all the way [in the race for the scudetto].”

Shevchenko then gave a prediction for the game: “I don’t know [how it will end], but what I know is it’s a win or bust kind of game for Milan in the scudetto race.”

Shevchenko played for the Rossoneri for seven years over two separate spells, scoring 175 goals in 322 appearances in the process.
