Geoffrey Kondogbia’s performances at Valencia have caught the eyes of Premier League duo Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur according to Spanish outlet Plaza Deportiva.

The Frenchman, who is on loan at the Spanish side – who have a €25 million redemption option, an option that they appear intent on exercising; has returned to performing at the high levels that lead to Inter paying no less than €40 million for him back in 2015.

Both Liverpool and Spurs showed interest in the 24-year-old in the summer but missed out due to Kondogbia wishing to return to a familiar league and play with continuity as he looks to cement a place in the France squad for the upcoming World Cup next year in Russia. Should Valencia not exercise their option for whatever reason, despite having a pre-agreement with the player over a four year contract, both clubs will be ready to come in for him again.
