Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown examined Mesut Ozil’s situation at the club on BBC Radio 5: “I think he has already left the club in his head and maybe Arsene Wenger is trying to find the best deal for him.”
Ozil has under a year remaining on his current contract with the North London based club and Inter are among a whole host of teams who have come in to links with the German World Cup winner recently.

Mario has more technical quality than many others in the squad but struggles to find a position of his own in the squad – not unlike Kovacic. Ozil would truly add a lot to our team
Well, he has a good pass, reads the game well and has good feet. Sure, he can’t shoot but that’s a flaw I can live with. You don’t need to be a good shooter to be a strong midfielder.
