Argentina manager Jorge Sampaoli announced yesterday prior to the Albiceleste’s encounter with Peru – that ended 0-0 – that Inter captain Mauro Icardi was carrying an injury and had been doing so since the last international break where Icardi played against Argentina.
Tuttosport report that there is absolutely no concerns from Inter about it and that Mauro Icardi will be fit and ready to play in the derby next weekend.

This is strange.
Mostly it is the club that claim their players are injured and want them to remain; not going to international duty in order to avoid injuries, and its not vice versa…
May be Maradona has something to do about this?….
