Sky Sport understand that Luciano Spalletti has decided on deploying Joao Mario in place of the injured Marcelo Brozovic in Sunday’s Milan derby. Spalletti still has a few other decisions to make however. He still must decide on his midfield combination between Borja Valero, Roberto Gagliardini and Matias Vecino. Moreover, he must choose between Dalbert and Yuto Nagatomo to start at left back.
